Customizing the Dashboard

Navigate to Dashboard Organizer

Go to SettingsCustomizationDashboard Organizer.

View available widgets

See all widgets that can be displayed.

Toggle widgets

Enable or disable each widget.

Arrange layout

Drag widgets to arrange their position.

Save configuration

Save your dashboard layout.

Role-Based Dashboards

Different roles can see different dashboards:

Layout Options

Grid Layout

Arrange widgets in a responsive grid:
  • 2 columns on desktop
  • 1 column on mobile
  • Drag to reorder

Priority Order

Widgets appear in order of importance:
  1. Welcome/Announcements
  2. Upcoming Events
  3. Quick Actions
  4. Recent Activity
  5. Statistics

Best Practices

Show upcoming events and tasks prominently.
Don’t overload with too many widgets.
Ensure important content is visible on mobile.
Adjust dashboard for different periods (events, renewals).
