Center Properties

Creating a Local Center
Settings → Local Centers → Create Local Center1
Basic Information
Enter name, select town/location, and choose region if applicable.

Add contact email, phone, and contact person name.

Enter office address and postal address.

Configure bank details, social media links, and map location.

Save to create the Local Center.

Basic Information
Display name for the Local Center.
Short alias or abbreviation.
Geographic location (town/city).
Parent region for hierarchical organization.
Contact Information
Public contact email for the center.
Public contact phone number.
Name of primary contact person.
Addresses
Physical office/meeting location.
Mailing address for correspondence.
GPS coordinates for map display.
Description shown on public map.
Social Media
Facebook page URL.
Instagram profile URL.
Twitter/X profile URL.
Local center’s website.
Financial Settings
Bank IBAN in local currency.
Bank IBAN for EUR transactions.
Connected Stripe account ID (for local payments).
Whether this center can accept Stripe payments.
Local Center Statuses

| Pending Close | Center scheduled for closure |

What Local Admins Can Do
- Manage local discussions, events, and files
- Edit center information
- Manage local members
- View local reports
- Process local fees (if enabled)
Waitlist Management
Local Centers can have capacity limits:Maximum members for this center. New registrations go to waitlist when full.
Automatically approve waitlist members when capacity opens.
Rate at which waitlist members are processed.
Local Fees
If local fee collection is enabled:Product used for local membership fees.
Default price for local fees.
Allow online payment of local fees.
Public Map
If enabled, Local Centers appear on a public map:- Shows location of all active centers
- Displays contact information
- Helps prospective members find local chapters
- Customizable map descriptions
