Invitation Tracking

All invitations are tracked in the system:
  • Pending invitations - Sent but not yet accepted
  • Accepted invitations - Invitee completed registration
  • Expired invitations - Link expired without registration
Administrators can view invitation statistics and who invited whom.

Invitation Email

The invitation email includes:
  • Organization name and branding
  • Inviter’s name
  • Personal message (if provided)
  • Direct registration link
  • Organization description
Personalized invitations with a message from the inviter have higher conversion rates than generic invites.

Use Cases

Enable all members to invite, encouraging organic growth through personal networks.
Limit invitations to HR or admins when you want to carefully manage new member intake.
Track who invites whom to recognize top recruiters or reward successful referrals.
Allow members to invite guests to specific events (separate from full membership).

Best Practices

If your organization requires vetting of new members, restrict invitations to HR or admins.
Remind members that personal messages increase acceptance rates.
If you’re getting low-quality registrations, consider restricting who can invite.
Even if members can invite anyone, you can still require an adhesion (application) process for formal membership.
